Strengths: Jorge is simply a tactical monster. If the position becomes unclear, he can play with just about anybody in the world. He is also one of the best blitz players around.

Weaknesses: Jorge has been away from chess for awhile, so his openings are still lagging behind those players who have been active.

Amusing Story:

Jorge won the 2007 Dos Hermanas Blitz tournament on ICC. Most of the fans watching the games on ICC had never even heard of Jorge. He kept on smashing GM after GM, and even the GMs were complaining that they thought he was a computer. For those who know Jorge, the fact that he's smashing GM after GM in blitz comes as no surprise. ICC required Jorge to have an arbiter at his house for the final match, but that didn't change anything as Jorge destroyed GM Tigran Petrosian.
